The short version
- Paglipat is a search engine. We don't sell tickets or rooms - we compare prices and link to partners (TravelPayouts, Agoda).
- The actual booking, ticket issue, customer support, and refunds are handled by whichever partner you book with. Their terms apply to your booking.
- We earn a commission on bookings via partner links. Read the affiliate disclosure.
- The site is provided "as is". Prices and availability change in real time and we can't guarantee them.
- Disputes are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
What the site does (and doesn't do)
Paglipat shows you flight and hotel offers from third-party providers. We are not a travel agent, airline, hotel operator, or tour operator. We do not:
- Issue tickets or hotel reservations.
- Take payments or hold your card details.
- Operate any of the flights, hotels, or experiences shown on the site.
- Guarantee that prices shown match prices on the partner site at the moment of booking.
When you click a result, you leave our site and a contract is formed (or not) between you and the partner. The partner's terms govern that contract, not these terms.
Your responsibilities
By using the site you confirm that you:
- Are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction).
- Will use the site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Won't scrape, mirror, frame, or republish our content without written permission.
- Won't try to gain unauthorised access, run security tests, or interfere with the site's operation.
- Won't use the site to send spam, automated traffic, or anything that loads our infrastructure abnormally.
We reserve the right to block any IP, user-agent, or visitor that violates these obligations.
Intellectual property

Affiliate links
Many links on the site are affiliate links. When you book through one, the partner pays us a commission at no extra cost to you. We disclose this in our affiliate disclosure.
The presence or absence of a partner relationship does not affect the order results are shown in. We rank by price; commission rates do not move a result up or down.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any specific time.
- We make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of prices, availability, route information, hotel descriptions, or any other content sourced from partners.
- We make no warranty about the suitability of any flight, hotel, or destination for your particular trip.
Independent verification on the partner site at the moment of booking is your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by English law:
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of the site or from any booking you make with a partner.
- We are not liable for any content provided by partners, including incorrect prices, availability, or descriptions.
- Our total aggregate liability to you, in connection with the site, is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is £0 unless you bought a paid product from us), or (b) £100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Third-party services
The site embeds widgets and content from third parties - TravelPayouts (flights), Agoda (hotels), Yesim (eSIMs), Google Analytics, Cloudflare, YouTube. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with their content. See our privacy policy for the full list with links.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Vectencia Ltd harmless from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Modifications to the site or terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the site. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes is acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
You can stop using the site at any time. We can revoke your access at any time, especially if you violate these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site, except that consumers resident in another jurisdiction may bring proceedings in the courts of their habitual residence where required by mandatory local law.
