Is Paglipat free to use?
Yes - always. We never charge users for searching, comparing, or being redirected to a partner. We earn a small commission from the partner when you complete a booking, at no extra cost to you.
How does Paglipat make money?
When you book a flight or hotel through one of our partners (TravelPayouts, Agoda) we earn a fixed affiliate commission. The price you pay is the same as if you went direct. Read our affiliate disclosure for details.
Where do I get my ticket or hotel confirmation?
Directly from the partner you book with. Paglipat never issues tickets or hotel confirmations - we are a search engine, not a travel agent. Confirmations arrive at the email you used on the partner site.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Contact the partner you booked with - they handle all reservations, ticket issuance, customer support, and refunds. Their terms apply to your booking. We cannot change or cancel bookings on your behalf.
Why is the price on the partner site different from what Paglipat showed?
Flight and hotel inventory changes in real time - fares are updated by the airlines and OTAs every few minutes, and currency conversions, taxes, and fees can shift between when you searched and when you reached the booking page. Always verify the final price on the partner site before paying.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Paglipat has no user accounts. There is nothing to log in to and we do not collect names or addresses. The only personal data we ever process is your IP address (for security and analytics) and your email if you subscribe to our newsletter.
Is my payment information safe?
Your payment information never touches Paglipat. Card details are entered on the partner site (TravelPayouts, Agoda) and handled under their security and PCI compliance.
Which currencies and languages does Paglipat support?
The site is currently available in English, Arabic, and Spanish. The flight search supports 700+ airlines and most major currencies; the hotel search supports 80+ currencies via Agoda. You can change currency in either widget.
How do I rank flights or hotels by something other than price?
In the flight search, use the filters bar to sort by stops, departure time, airline, or duration. In the hotel search, use the partner site filters after clicking a result. Our default ranking is always cheapest first; we never modify it based on commission.
